Employment Methodology

The Raise Your Roof employment methodology begins with identifying individuals’ skills for work. We use the US education platform to assess their level of knowledge, from high school diplomas (GED) to PhDs. We also evaluate their English language skills to place them in the best job available.

Next, we consider the local needs to match the employer’s requirements with the job seekers’ skills. We ensure a reliable employee by establishing a solid work history and providing adequate transportation, clothing, and housing.

Our methodology also protects the new hire’s rights and payment. We offer monthly payment options for our employees and pay them weekly or bi-weekly. This approach benefits both parties, the employer and the employee.

Raise Your Roof Business is a startup opportunity for those seeking independence and entrepreneurship, while operating under the coverage of the Ministry. We provide financial assistance to ensure that cash flow problems do not hinder the journey towards a new adventure.

Our ministry also offers training and support at a local level, including an in-house office staff, trained sales staff, and product/equipment support. We ensure legal compliance by using an independent payroll company for accurate staff pay and complete third-party accuracy of payments to government agencies. Finally, the ministry has insurances in place such as worker’s compensation and general liability to mitigate risks.
